In Progress

O.K., here's the fun fur jacket. I did a sweater, and I am doing an overlay technique to add the fun fur. This way, I can make sure I don't drop stitches, which are the biggest problem working with fun fur, even if you have it combined with a main thread. Plus, you can control the pattern of it. Like in this stage, I could leave this as it is, and it looks like a Bohemian style Beat jacket from the Sixties. But I am going to complete the sleeves so the whole coat will be the same. This project took approximately 2/3 skein of Caron's Simply Soft for the sweater, and two skeins of the Fun Fur for the overlay. I don't know whether the overlay takes more or less time, but it is less frustrating to me.
